Final Walk Thru

Before closing, you and your realtor will do a final walk thru of the property. Ideally, this will happen as close to closing as possible. This allows you and your realtor to confirm everything is as it should be. You want to make sure there are no surprises before going to the closing table. It only takes one time. Lori discovered a burst washing machine water hose during a final walk thru!  The seller had no idea and jumped on the issue ASAP. Finding the issue BEFORE closing allowed the buyer and seller to appropriately work through the resolution.
